oh ive had a lot of dreams like that but thats because my mother was forcing me to perform all the emotional roles of a partner and i was actually terrified she would do something like that to me. it's called enmeshment and it's pretty fucked up.

probably from a combination of horrible stories you've heard and, weirdly enough, your good relationship with your family. because your relationship with them is great, it makes incest and sexual assault both unbelievable and extra horrifying, so the nightmares could be your subconscious' attempt at processing how this could possibly happen
