Not all the time, but at least half the time. 'We'll see how it goes' is fine if you're having a fight thread for which the fun is mucking about doing crazy fight stuff, but if the outcome matters? AYRT is right.

It's kind of building off the formula that Team Fortress and even League had - it's actually quite a good step. A few balancing issues with damage, but overall, it's pretty solid.

I've noticed the fandom has been really awesome and the creators engaged so... what's your thoughts?

Got scurred because I wasn't feeling up to playing the character at her most conniving in a game setting. Didn't mesh as well as I'd hoped with her.

I do some surface studying. I have a character who's really into mechanics and stuff so I try to keep on top of terms and phrases for that kind of geekdom when possible.

Depends on details a little, and how long you've known them, but PSL's are a good way to go if they're not able to be in game for a while.

tbh "anti-women/anti-children and focus on men" just sounds like the original anon is pissy that there's a focus on men and not women/children so they're calling it anti-women/children when it's not, it's just not about them.

Made a journal for a character I'd wanted to play for a long time who needs a really specific setting to shine, because I finally found a game that would suit him.

this is my fave fandom ive been in in awhile, which is surprising since it's so huge. mostly seeing nothing but quality stuff tho

I've been finding that it's harder than you'd think to get to those 5 action or 10 network comments in a thread. People I've been tagging with tend to drop one or two comments shy of that mark, which is especially frustrating because we're both then losing out on points that could be banked to make special requests later. Often times the thread is dropped before there's an IC resolution so handwaving happens a lot, too.

There's a core group or two that tags pretty regularly and they're pretty good about reaching out to others but a few people's hearts just aren't in tagging outside of the few people they're there to play with, so it can be hard to get traction. You'll want to try to stick it through the three week doldrums because it can take a lot more time than you'd hoped to build CR outside of friends you joined the game with.

It's going to be a different experience than Bakerstreet by a long shot in some ways, and other ways totally not. Just try to go with the flow and keep Bakerstreet-levels of investment with strangers until you find other players whose style and characters click with yours. You'll get less jerked around if you try to keep a steady pace but don't sweat the small stuff.

i disagree, i am super impressed by the beta itself and the lore blizz has been putting out and i say this as someone who plays all sorts of games regularly and never really cared about blizzard as a company before

put a little bit of vodka and vinegar + water in a spray bottle and spray the insides in the shoes a few times. let it sit overnight, it should kill everything causing the smell.

depends on how long you've waited. i'd say a month is a generous amount of time to give them to get their shit together.

also, if you're the type who can actually handle confrontation, it might pay off to tell them "hey listen i'm going to look for a new (xyz)." then they can't say that you never warned them.

if there's undeniable proof: yes.

if there's deniable but still solid proof: yes, but i won't go up to them as aggressively. i'll be like "hey, is there a problem you wanted to talk about with me?" treating people politely goes a long damn way.
