This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. i do think the malfunctioning AI thing is a little overdone, but if you have a unique enough setting to go with it - which this is, as i can't think of any other games currently running that involve dinosaurs - then i say go for it.

(also years ago i was toying with the idea of starting a Dino-Riders game - the canon practically has a built-in jamjar mechanic to excuse characters getting sucked in from all over the multiverse [a space-time manipulation device that results in the canon cast getting stuck in the past].)

Question for both you and the anon below! If instead of the ai, it was just a malfunctioning wormhole device pulling people in from different worlds/times with no explanation available as to why for the characters, would that sort of concept be preferable to the ai?

That was the original idea I was toying with, but I wasn't sure people would accept a game without an over-arching plot reason for characters being there.
