that's some pretty circular reasoning though, raising the cap and making them bimonthly would only exacerbate the issue, those are the exact kind of app caps that have always been swarmed

not really. depends on how much the cap is raised.

every single comment you make feels like someone on flatview didn't parent up, because they're so thin that they're trying to present ideas as some kind of counterpoint but forgetting to give any real substance to them.

but yes, if all we did is make apps bimonthly and raise the cap to match, then we would have 70 slots every two months, which is pretty much exactly what eachdraidh app cycle was when it was getting hit hard. nothing about that would make it easier on the mods or on the appers, if anything it would make the problem worse. raising the cap further would be completely ridiculous, 70 is a fucking ton.

if you're trying to contribute to a discussion, maybe actually say think about it and something instead of tossing out some empty and reactive one-liner.

What number would you want the app cap to be raised?
