rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.
Do not treat this comm like your personal therapist. Threads about nonfictional suicide, self injury, rape, and abuse will be deleted. There are better resources out there for you.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

(Anonymous) 2015-11-05 12:08 am (UTC)(link)i don't know exactly what that has to do with anything, but if anything, claiming and hoarding characters so no one else can play your precious faves makes you look cliquey and highlandering, which isn't "safe" i guess, since in the context of my comment that's what you're considering that word to mean.
and while i understand that for every game that has things that people disagree with, people DO have the ability to just say "whatever, not my thing" and walk away. but that doesn't mean that we can't point out what's unfair and explain why you probably aren't going to get a lot of action. especially when you post it on a free to comment anon community.

Maybe we are coming off as clique-y, but that is not what we mean by "safe". The clique-y thing is probably prevalent just because we are a small group of friends starting a group, instead of just one or two people. This obviously doesn't mean that we only want to roleplay with each other though--we could have just created a private comm for that! We absolutely want people to join and interact with us.
And yes, criticism is being considered! We have been steadily working on our pages of course, and trying to fit that aspect to the site as well as we can. Again, we're still figuring things out, and we just need a little extra patience. I hope that's okay!
