rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. I put a lot of effort into canon reviewing. If it's not unreasonable, I'll go back and rewatch/replay/reread the canon and copy down lines I fine important to the characterization of the character I want to play. If at all possible, which often times it isn't, granted, I'll copy down every bit of dialogue the character has so I can easily reference it if need be.

I do this too. I compile notepads and private entries filled with important references I'll go back to and, well, refer to as much as I can.

I also like to write down parts of their body language so that I get a better feel for writing it out in text.
