i was talking about a dinner i had and how nice the staff was for accommodating my specific order and some girl who randomly friended me from a game i wasn't in for some reason told me they were doing that since they were trying to use food as an aphrodisiac to hit on me/drug me/have their way with me, followed by liberal use of XD

i deleted that whole interaction and blocked them from everything because what the actual fuck

what would you do you if you posted a photo of yourself and a relative being silly on your tumblr and a tumblr rper reblogged it and tagged it as "oc'sname and hisboyfriend goofing around"? (let's say you're a redhead with glasses, their oc is a redhead with glasses, your relative is a goth, their oc's boyfriend is a goth)

...okay, now what if they rped a lot of smut?

yeah, something like this happened and i'm not sure how to respond. they didn't tag my photo with anything inappropriate and they're not doing that creepy bullshit where they tag each other on my post so i get spammed, but it's my photo and my relative is underage.

i'm not comfortable with my pic being on a blog full of weird smut and i'm not sure what to say to them. "i'm glad you like my photo but i'm not comfortable with it being associated with your tumblr, sorry"? i don't want to deal with asspain.

Swords point by Ellen Kushner. The characters were great, the intrigue and plot twists were fun, the setting was pretty vivid...but holy shit, did Alec ruin this book for me. After all the shit he and his family pulled, his mood swings, and general shiftiness to everyone in such a way that wasn't endearing in any way shape or form put a damper on my enjoyment. I'd kept hoping that every time Richard would disappear that it'd be permanent, but nope. Kept coming back, and each time he did, he was more insufferable than before. I kept hoping that maybe Michael and Richard would hook up, or Richard and Marie, or Hell, even Richard and Kathy. That's how much I hated Alec.

I see nothing against it in game rules, but I also don't see it done and it's always been an option with the IMGSRC coding. I am just very curious now.

i cleaned out my family's nasty fridge and deep freezer. threw away 2 garbage bags full of old (1-2 years old!)/freezerburned food and empty containers that should've been thrown out already!, bleached the shelves/drawers in the fridge (freezers are clean), and organized everything so there wasn't random food everywhere.

and i found some good food hiding in the bottom of the deep freezer.

...but now i have to go shopping.

So, here's a question, dear rpanons.

How good/bad are the various active sex games right now about kink-shaming? I've never played in one on DW, partly because my general experience back on LJRP was that there seemed to be a lot of judging and lot of people too fretful about being judged to risk playing stuff out. But lately I've been getting pings of interest from a few different games, and I really don't know anything about them!

I think I remember Ariel's advertising pitch sounding very "any kink, every kink, all of the kink" when it first opened, but I don't know how that played out in practice. And, besides that, I'm pretty much in the dark! Help me out some? (More general info about the different games would also be appreciated, too, I guess.)

ariel has some dumb tittybabies in it that'll freak out about anything, but they usually do it on rpanons or wankgate. Nobody really does it in the game itself - and plenty of people get tags for plenty of weird shit. Since it's locked, you don't get people peering in and going 'oh my god look at ~that~'

Just don't read the WG and rpanons threads for the game, and you'll be golden.
