Really? I didn't even get the inactive ones. I wonder if it's because there were so many and DW doesn't offer that set number yet? I dunno.

that's what i thought! i made my journals in december, but imported all of them in january--and i think they made it so that everyone could import all of their icons and have them be completely active for a week or so until it determined which were your most used icons.
