first off - your friends are weird if that's what they care about when it comes to you. Second, just tell them yes if you are. So what? Being a virgin isn't a big deal unless you let other people make it feel like a big deal. Quite a few of my long term friends know I am and since we're not interested in sleeping with each other, guess what? It's entirely unimportant.

I'm going to say that if that's the case, avoiding them or getting flustered is only going to encourage them to keep at it. the best you can do is own it and blow it off because it's no big deal. And it really isn't a big deal - I have no idea why people act like it is. No, it's none of their business but the bigger a deal you make of avoiding it, the more you'll only unintentionally egg them on to keep going on about it. It's immature but that sounds like the kind of people you're dealing with anyway. They're reacting to your reactions. If you don't give them anything, they'll run out of interest. Kind of like trolls on the internet.

depending on their personality it might be better to just give as good as you get instead of outright saying none of your business? next time they ask you, say "ask your moms" or something to shut them up
