Demonstrates a key problem with home schooling, imo. Maybe try getting them to play games that will distract him from focusing on your body? Board games or card games or things like that. Something to keep his mind occupied and that doesn't leave a lot of space for him to offer his commentary on your appearance?

Don't think spraying him with water is going to solve the problem, unfortunately, as satisfying as it might be.

yeah that sounds like a good idea. im trying to keep away from anything that might seem like im encouraging his behavior but its hard because. twelve. dont want to accidentally fuck him up. pun not intended ew.

I don't think that you are going to accidentally fuck him up, so I wouldn't stress over that part, personally. His sexuality is something he's going to experience and learn and deal with, and the fact that you happen to be in his line of sight doesn't mean that you bear any kind of blame for him growing up or going through puberty.

Nothing about him experiencing pleasure or desire and finding material to fap to in his environment is inherently harmful to him. That's just something people do. He just needs to learn how to conduct himself so that he doesn't make you or others uncomfortable with it.
