rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

this is one of the saddest comments i've ever seen. "it's hard for me to get compliments because normally people don't feel like randomly complimenting me (because this is supposed to be something that just happens naturally and isn't forced), so i'll just post to a meme dedicated to that so they don't feel as unprompted about it! now they have a REASON to pat my delicate butt!!!"

leave a complimentary comment on their personal HMD post or send them a PM or compliment them when they post to a general HMD meme

Sometimes, if you just randomly come up to someone and gush about their playing, they'll think you're a creeper. :/

If they do, then they probably weren't someone worth complimenting in the first place.

Honestly, there needs to be less tolerance for some people's bullshit and totally unfounded paranoia.
