Potential apper here! How long does it usually take for Tribute reserves to open up once they're closed?

because it's based on drops, it can vary a lot. my suggestion would be to get in as a capitol character now and settle into the game while waiting.

But capitol characters have to be Panem AU's, right?

Hmm, that's a tough call. I don't know that I'd really be able to pull of an AU of the character I was thinking about, and hadn't planned on more than one character for the game, either.

I may just wait it out.

tbh i don't know where that advice came from. playing an au is totally different from playing an ou, both in this game and in general. i'd wait.

if it's any help we just moved to a no-strike system

so if someone doesn't get 100 credits (basically didn't play at all in the arena because this is super fucking easy to do) they're immediately dropped

so any spare weight should be shed pretty quickly at the end of the game cycle

I really like this new no-strike system. There's absolutely no reason you can't get at least 100 credits in three months. If you're having that much trouble that it's affecting three months worth of RP, you shouldn't be in a game anyway.

We get the occasional drop and then there's a Victor for every arena that automatically takes a -1 to the Tribute count.

We only managed to hit cap once before since the mods came up with this gameplan and it lasted for about a month? maybe? There won't be a long wait, anon. If you wanna app a Capitol citizen, go for it, but otherwise we'll be waiting here eagerly for you. :)
