i tried to app her to an hp game as a gryffindor once but the mods put her in slytherin instead 8( oh well

well it was in the rules that the mods had the final say for house choices (partly to keep them balanced numbers-wise, iirc), so i didn't really consider it a dick move! and i had fun playing her as a slytherin anyway, even though i ended up not staying in the game for long for unrelated reasons. i'd definitely play her as a gryffindor if i had the chance, though. her ic reaction would be fun to play out, because i feel like slytherin is the house she'd want to belong to.

ok that makes a little more sense and yes i'd imagine she'd want to be slytherin above every other house too just for the perceived badass value.

that said i play a few other homestucks (kanaya and jade, possibly aradia and rose) if you'd like to try to play gryffindor vriska again!

i really like the idea of playing through her shock and irritation at being sorted into gryffindor, and then slowly coming to terms with it. especially if she's taken from early in canon (or the au equivalent if it's an au)

yes i like that idea too! and she can certainly be nagged into being further annoyed/very eventually accepting her house or anything. you can pm me here, i'm pretty good and patient with backtagging so no worries!

aw ive got the same story, but with tavros getting put into hufflepuff. i still had a good time while i was in the game despite it being my hpstuck pet peeve

Hello! We were there together for a very short time, I think; like I said elsewhere in the thread, I wasn't there for long. I'm not sure I even got a chance to thread with you, but I remember recognizing your journal after you joined Adstring!

And if I ever end up doing anything with that Kanaya, I'm all for you joining in. :P Maybe it could even be an open post for anybody's Homestuck Hogwarts AU stuff!
