Ah, one of my favourites. Unfairly underrated, in my honest opinion.

Agreed wholeheartedly. She was definitely one of the few with defined depth in the series. ~~As much as I love it, some parts were certainly lacking.~~

I grew to like Vixen, too, so I was certainly very conflicted about the whole love triangle going on...

Though I'm sure Shayera could do better, too. Just... hopefully not with "Hawkman".

I loved both of them, and I thought the friendly rivalry they had was well done, despite them not being explored personally beyond that particular scenario.

Heh. John and Shayera is/was my favorite pairing of the show for many reasons. Chemistry, development, banter, etc. I did like John/Mari, too. Heck, even Shayera/Mari perhaps.

I enjoyed John and Shayera too, I thought it was a shame they had to break up... I know the Thanagarian Invasion was sour for everyone, but it was truly a shame.

I had a lot of respect for Mari-- I really thought the writers would just make her another jealous girlfriend, but she had depth and was willing to be friends with Shayera. It was really interesting.

I could see Shayera/Mari.

My favorite pairing in the show was Question/Huntress, then Arrow/Canary. Double Date is probably my favorite episode.

I wish the series could have gone on longer to further explore the different relationships.

Also, Warhawk is really cool. I know he first appeared in Batman Beyond, but the idea that he's the son of John and Shayera is really cool.

It was realistic to me, and that made it extra awesome in my mind, especially since we got to glimpse the after effects, too. John moved on (sorta) and Shayera dealt with her baggage (also sorta). I just wish we had seen Shayera and Mari bonding beyond their relationships with John.

Double Date was amazing on so many levels, I don't even know where to begin! It was really cool. One of the better JLU eps, though it was a shame they had to cut them down to half an hour.

Yes, I agree. I would have liked to see them hang out without John being relevant, but I guess that would have seemed like they'd moved on too quickly.
