Hi there fanfic-English. On the other hand props to the Striders for wtfing in the place of the rest of us, it can't be easy having someone like that in your game.

Okay, I know that Jake English is terrible, but... I'm a little creeped out by the fact that Bro Strider, a character who is at least around the age of 30, had sex with a 15-year-old boy he'd just met. Even if said 15-year-old boy was aged up to 18 in the game.

That doesn't sound like an interpretation of Bro I ever want to play with.

From what I know of the player, they were pressured into it by Jake-mun and were never that into the idea because it's so weird and OOC. It's just one of those uncomfortable things that happens with a cast member sometimes.

I'm looking to app into the Homestuck cast here next round because I generally like what I see. It's just That Jake that bothers me.

Ah, okay. I was wondering if there was some context behind it all. It's not good that there's castmate pressure like that, though. It's never good to be forced into doing something you don't want to do.

I can see myself easily avoiding the Jake to be honest, I want to app in Sollux and he won't have time for the guy or his stupidly dramatic private life. There's no way I'm getting roped into circling their special snowflake.

no offense but how do you get "pressured" into your character having sex with another one? bro-mun could have easily said no. is prolecto the new amat? what incentive would there be to even have sex? they're both at fault here.

I feel for anyone who gets pressured into playing a ship/kink they don't want because I've been in that position, but there's no reason at all to agree to it.
