rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Hey! I don't want to overstep my bounds here, but I feel like as part of the driving force behind this pairing happening, I'd just like to give a little insight to what we're going for here. Aradia's player and I have both had the conversation that, from an outside perspective, this seems like a really bad idea for Feferi and Aradia to get into. We play two characters who both have their imperfections, one who's impulsive and missing her partner, and one who's both young and lost her boyfriend somewhat recently.

And that's part of the fun! Like Anon below said, they're young, and a lot of young people make a lot of bad relationship decisions. (So do a lot of adult people...) There's a lot of pressure in RP to have characters make perfect relationship decisions all the time, but we really want to play with the idea of characters making reckless decisions and seeing what comes of it. Our opportunity presented itself, so we snatched it!

But I do appreciate the input, and I'll definitely examine how we're presenting this in the context of the game to make sure we're getting that across properly, as well as how we're describing it outside of the game so that people don't get the wrong impression. If you have anything else for us, my HMD is here and Aradia's is here! And if you'd like to talk to us both at the same time, hit up one of our posts and we'll see about putting an anon enabled post somewhere, or finding some other solution.

Yes, that's how I see it too, haha. But I do want to make sure that we're getting that across properly, because it is sort of a fine line! And if anyone does have any feedback, it'll help us just as much if they know the whole context. Thank you for the encouragement though! 0u0
