rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Can I extend this to Nepetas and cat puns too?

I dunno man, Feferi's more obnoxious with her trident, her crown and the constant glubbing than with the fish puns, but Nepeta's pretty much all about the constant goddamn cat puns.

It's less the quantity that bothers me, rather it's when they use stuff that I can't even make sense of. I've replied to tags with something that didn't make sense or even ICly been like "What?" because it was so ridiculous, especially when they combine 2+ cat puns in one word.

Only if we can extend it to horrible attempts at catpuns, wherein the player just doesn't understand how they work and so they try to squeeze a pun into every goddamn word she says.

If you read the comment, she doesn't use a pun in every sentence. She also doesn't completely distort or destroy a word in order to make it punny. (If she does, she's not afraid to call herself out on it, like with "beautyifful".)

To top it off, these are the players that tend to forget to use "33" in place of "ee".
