part of me wants to try to find a way to add my characters to the STE trope page, but the other part of me is worried that my proximity to them will make it too difficult for me to be somewhat objective...

You know, considering that it's been said someone can access the network via entering the numbers like tally marks (that's how Cinderella does it), I'm just waiting for when someone activates the network by accident while taking a dump.

And knowing his luck, it would so be Kotetsu who learns that one the hard way.

Cinderella accesses the network by basically making tally marks in her water trough with her hoof.

Well, when someone takes a dump, the shit sure hits the water, do it in the right pattern and its their number.

Heres a question and I want to ask people in the game before I bring this to the mods.

I want to app AI character who has a humanoid robot body. Would you rather see:

A- start out as someone's laptop and gain sentience and go up from there?
or
B- Start out as human and start turning androidy-robot?

I think it has been stated that characters do have to be a living creature. That's why the whole Transformers cast is human.

Though if the mods did allow it, there is a character who creates robots in game and your character could be a random creation of his as well.

Due to game mechanics, all characters must have had a soul/spirit/essence/whatever of some kind in their original canon, and also must definitely start out in the game as something that could have a soul as well- AKA, either human or an animal. So, yeah, you could get away with apping an AI if you think you could explain or handwave enough to justify them being reincarnate-able, but they'd have to start out organic due to the way the system works. I hope that helps!

And, I'll look into making this clearer on the FAQs and stuff too, so no worries there.

Oh you answered before I could ask on the mod contact. Sorry about that. Finals are this week.

But yeah that makes a lot of sense and actually that works perfectly for ANOTHER AI character of mine (from a different canon) as well, though she's a bit more human-looking than the other one.

Now I have to take this and decide which character to app after finals...

I had some unpleasant things happen in my last game, so I'm pretty nervous about apping in, especially since I play an obscure character. I'm worried about my interpretation of them not being good enough or people not wanting to tag with me. Or me not being able to keep up with the plot, as far as understanding it. I also have a lot of anxiety/self-confidence issues when talking to people, so that doesn't help either...
