I'm back again, anons. I hope people are still paying attention to this thread, because I would like feedback on a couple of things.

Related to this thread, the mod team was brainstorming ways that the transporting into the setting could be made less generic. "You're randomly here because of a teleportation device, now you're stuck" is a pet peeve of mine as well. What would you all like to see?

The original thread on the proposed game concept is here for people who need a refresher. In addition, we wanted to ask for possible ideas on how villains could work freely in the setting (given that it is a large space ship and depends on teamwork and cooperation in a number of deployment missions), and what punishments for getting caught at villainy would be. None of us want villains to be blocked from being...villainous. There’s the opportunity for it during open planet missions, of course, but we didn’t want to limit villains to only being able to do terrible things when away from the ship. The ship is quite large (in fact, it’s more like ships), so maybe this will be less of a problem than we’re expecting. We’re stumped on how to deal with villains who are caught as well. Punishment systems and jails are hit or miss, from my experience, so if there are more creative ideas out there, throw them at us.

We've worked out various settings/planets/events and ship/game mechanics, but we're a little stumped on these two questions and wanted to work them out before moving forward, so any feedback would be appreciated.
