There are players who will like having them, but as seen with the first response to you, there are others who are sick of seeing them.

idk anything about homestuck so I can't give an opinion about your particular character choice, but in general I don't understand the problem people have with them so I don't see why you shouldn't be able to give it a shot.

I'm a little freaked out by the prospect of really underage characters in the game, always have been. if they were adults? or close to it (16/17)? I'd be okay.

If she were appable from more recent updates, I'd be all for having Rose there. The Rose from Act 2? Not so much.

I don't give a damn one way or another honestly but I personally wouldn't play with them much. Homestuck is an annoying canon for me, I hate the text quirks and all of the characters seem like such aggravating mockeries of one particular character trait.

Okay, I'm thinking of applying here and I want to know, what kind of characters do best here? My character is congenial and pansexual, but I'm still stressing over it.

I definitely think having a semi-social character is helpful, but it has way more to do with what you put into it. Just app in and give it a shot!

Agreeing with the other anon. My first character there is extrovert and extremely open-minded to living on sex island, my second is more reserved but both have some wonderful CR. It's just a matter of putting them out there and seeing what comes.

Some characters work better than others, but we have some characters that are really far out there that are heavily antisocial that still get a lot of CR. Just saying, you probably don't need to stress yourself out over it, anon. XD

I was looking through some really old stuff over on the LJ community. I'm kind of saddened at some of the characters/casts/ships that used to be around but aren't any more.

Any particularly fond memories for you guys that you miss?

Umineko cast was a ton of fun to interact with way back.
