rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Aw man I love a lot of LPs I probably can't list them all. I'll try to avoid repeat mentions here.

If you like something informative or are a history buff, look no further than Geop's Assassin's Creed LPs. He does a great job integrating history lessons into the context of the games.

I enjoyed Psychedelic Eyeball's LPs, but he's probably a love it or hate it LPer because of his accent and that he does talk a lot. I find it very enjoyable because I love how casual he is and that he's having lots of fun despite not being an expert at the games he plays, but he's definitely not for everybody.

Kung-Fu Jesus' God Hand LP. The game is hilarious and good in the "so dumb it's awesome" category, but it is really crass and raunchy, definitely not politically correct, so if that's not your thing, avoid it.

I liked DeceasedCrab's LPs, La-Mulana being my favorite. L-M is a pretty big time investment though.

Taisan does a great job with Osu! Tatake! Ouendan! LPs with his faux translations, though the more serious levels do get proper translations.

New Super Mario Bros Wii by Maxwell Adams pretty much shows off that game perfectly.

The Thief LPs by Bobbin Threadbare, who has also done some adventure games like Loom and the Quest for Glory series. I'm a huge fan of adventure games, so I'll also recommend the Alone in the Dark games by Malorie and Nidoking, the other games Nidoking has done like the Space Quest series, all variations of Snatcher Slowbeef has done, Bacter's Laura Bow: The Colonel's Bequest, Broken Sword series by Maynia, etc.

Also Shadow of Rome by Jade Star because I think it's like God Hand in the "so dumb it's awesome" category to a lesser degree.

Going to second a bunch of already made recommendations like SuperGreatFriend, Chip Cheezum and General Ironicus, l0rdvega (stick to the Silent Hill LPs. The Alice LP is okay, but the Arcanum LP is terrible), pokecapn and medibot's crew (Mario Party and Sonic 2006 are classics), and Frankomatic.
