Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for fictional character role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. this is a digression from the main point, but thank you for reminding me so i can rant about how much i hate that the term "filler," especially in anime communities but it seems to be spreading, has become so corrupted. it's getting to the point that if something isn't obvious plot advancement or "hype moments"/fight scenes, it's just "filler" and that makes me want to jump off a bridge.

filler is when you cram in extraneous/non source material to extend the run time of an anime so you don't outpace the source material! that's it!! most of the times what you're calling "filler" is *necessary character development* and resetting the rising action to build pacing, you philistines
