i won't lie, i've been tempted to do this before, but self-reflection made me stop because like... why? either no one will see/notice the tag-in is gone, in which case why bother deleting, or someone will see/notice the tag is gone, and what other reason would there be for deleting other than to make some sort of statement? while not necessarily wanky, but it is a touch more over-invested than i am personally comfortable showing.

if it's a matter of wanting to reuse the tag somewhere else, you can do that without deleting. nobody's going to get buttmad on the tiny chance they even notice.
