My period and only my period. sucks bc i'm in my 30s and it probably won't stop until menopause.

i had bad acne as a teen but it simmered down

now the only time i get it is a day or two before my period and only on my chin, like some horrible pre-beard of pain calling card

once the blood flows they go away but it's so obnoxious

doesn't happen every single month, but the only time i get zits is when i'm getting ready to bleed

hormones, sugar, stress, touching my face too much when I'm thinking

smoking. i don't smoke regularly but i like to have one cigarette offered by someone every once in awhile, or a clove. NOPE. my skin always breaks the fuck out.

existing...my skin is really oily.

same. i take good care of my skin but it doesn't care. on a positive note i have 0 lines in my forehead. it doesn't even ripple when i lift my brows. wrinkles can't take hold in that oil slick

i also have no wrinkle lines! my grandma had the same skin type and says i'll appreciate it the older i get in that sense...

Sugar! Lots of it. Sweets, mainly.

When I was a teenager/before college, I would only get one pimple every time my period came and the whole house would know because of it.

stress and only stress.

and the stress has to be 'defcon 1' type of stress.

my skin is insanely sensitive so i will immediately break out if anything not pristinely clean touches it
