Been with my partner for over 10 years now! We met over the internet as young teenagers who were just really dumb weebs in the same circles. Did a lot of growing up together since. We've been living together for about 5 years now!

They share my anime preferences mostly and they're super competent when it comes to organizing life events etc. I'm bad at that, but I am good at taking out gross trash, cleaning the kitchen, practical little stuff that grosses them out. It makes living together very pleasant.

Moving in together when we were only teenagers and both depressed was a trial and a half, but I am incredibly glad they did it. Got a stable little life now and I'm just super happy.

we moved to a new city together a few years ago and that cliche about not knowing someone until you live with them wasn't ever true for us - living together has always felt really easy. honestly, he's my best friend.

my favourite thing about him is how generous he is - not just with me, but he's genuinely a good person and loves to help others. least favourite? he can be sanctimonious and it can be FUCKING ANNOYING.

Met him in line paying a bill. Ended up working in the same place and hit it off. Told him I liked him on a dare because I was shy and awkward af. Talk about everything like we're high school sweethearts. Still like each other's company and been together 10+ years.
