I keep looking at this game but it's been a while since I've actively been involved in rp, especially in a game setting. How overwhelming do people find this? Obvs you get what you put in, but the taken list alone is massive enough to have me worried.

definitely more manageable now than when it opened! i haven't had any more trouble with this game in comparison to smaller games because it's really about how many people you invest in cr with. i do think there's still a little bit of a race to get to page 1 of the events but it's definitely not as bad as it used to be.

Don't let the size scare you, anon. It's vastly calmed down from its peak, and most people tag at a medium/slow pace anyway, with lots of backtagging. I was terrified of a game this large but I've found it easily manageable.

I would say of the people I've tried to get CR with in the game, about half are consistent taggers who tag daily, and half are slow taggers who tag every 3-4 days. There's people who boomerang too, and people who are complete hopeless flakes lol, but I haven't met many in either category. Just my personal experience though. So, yeah, the game's manageable!

Also, the taken list is at least somewhat out of date. There are definitely characters on there who are no longer in game.
