Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

I hhhhhhhate exercise with a passion (mostly because I hate the feeling of most exercise clothes + sweat), so to make myself do it anyway, I make it an essential part of my commute to work, or anywhere else I want to go for fun: I bike just about everywhere.

When it’s too cold or icy on the roads to bike safely, I do ballet and stay on top of physio therapy stretches to limit how far I backslide, but admittedly, I’m better at keeping up with things in spring and summer.

I used to!! I unfortunately have very bad form for swimming laps; I wasn’t taught front crawl as a kid and so can only do a kind of crappy breast stroke, which puts strain on my neck. (I’ve got some muscular issues I’m seeing a physiotherapist for.) but ty for bringing it up, I may see about trying to work some low key swim time back into my schedule somehow.

In general biking keeps the sweat levels to an acceptable level, since I also get a lovely breeD while commuting, and I can clean up once I get to the office.

sometimes i'll chaperone kid relatives to our local rec center and they love going to the pool aea, maybe i should start doing these.
