It's hard for me to imagine that someone would app to your game if they had a real problem with you, but having you blocked on Discord as well as Plurk makes me think it wasn't something innocuous like "you made a plurk that got replurked a lot and they were annoyed about it." Maybe you're friends with someone they hate. Maybe they block people who say things they disagree with.

Maybe they app to games without checking who the mod is!

Regardless, I think the best way to proceed is to just shrug it off. If they want to unblock you or add you on Plurk, they will. If they don't, as long as you can contact them for mod business (email, PM?) you don't need them on social media. Treat them like any other new player unless there's a problem.
