if you only wanted to join a game with a huge character base, anyways, i'm not even sure why you were looking at yoshiwara, a game whose cap is at 100 characters.

I...did not say I wanted a huge character base. Having some sort of character base is important, though, and losing so many characters at once is usually a bad indicator.

NOW I don't want to join mostly bc you guys are defensive and combative as fuck about me not wanting to join MOSTLY because of the schedule change, for the record?

as another yoshiwara player i don't blame you for wanting to go elsewhere, not everyone wants to wait over a month to get in. idk who that other anon is being defensive as hell

i apologize. it's just a peeve of mine, since i see a lot of small games avoided because they're not big, and big games die when they get *too* big.

For what it's worth my main reason was/is not wanting to wait over a month to get into a game I would have been able to get into this month by the original schedule, alongside the anon reactions here, so like...the game size is only an extra factor and not the main two?

Tho with a bigger game I'd mind super defensive anons less, but with a smaller one you're more likely to run into those people in game.

that's honestly fair, and i realize this many comments in what i was coming off like, and apologize again. i may not necessarily agree with your reasoning, but a wait period isn't completely unreasonable to want to pass on a game, either.

yeah i was deciding between yoshiwara and another game and i'm gonna be apping to the other one because i want to play this character now, not have to wait more than a month. it's too bad because i really do like the premise and i think the character would fit well, i just don't want to wait that long to be able to app.
