i'm the first anon who said i feel you. i meant that! it really sucks to get ghosted constantly and have no idea why it's happening. it's why i stopped playing my fave character.

if you'd be okay with a simple "sorry, i need to drop this thread," then that's fair and i agree totally and think people in dwrp should be more upfront about this. i just don't think anyone is ever going to be able to be super honest with their exact reasons for thread dropping without opening the door up to hurting feelings even more or being accused of being dishonest.

That's true.

But most of the time people here say that they drop threads because of personal reasons (the famous "It's not you, it's me").

Doesn't that then mean that players should have no trouble of giving their real reasons, because the real reason is that they suck, not the other person?

Maybe that's why people ghost. They don't want to admit being the bad rper.
