most of these responses are from folks who are like "YOUR TOP LEVEL SAID OTA BUT YOU DIDN'T RESPOND TO MEEEEEE" as if ota entitles them to a tag back.

tbf op's actual question was specifically asking about toplevels with only name and canon listed, no ota. that seems to be what most people replying are responding about?

but yeah imo ota means you're open to most options, just still not obligated to tag with every single person that hits you up. which also seemed to be the gist of what op was talking about anyway
