If you want to move and play video games at the same time, I would highly suggest buying a used Wii instead of VR. The Wii sports and Just Dance games really make you work out imo. Besides if you're not used to VR, it can make you motion sick. Way cheaper too.

can attest to nearly smashing the lil tv in my room multiple times whilst getting too into og wii sports boxing back in the day. your arms will be moving like you're trying to throw some real hands before you know it

From someone who bought that damn occulus thing and can't use it because of motion sickness, go with the Wii.
