Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

most people try to stick to lore, but there are always a few that throw it out the window entirely.

years ago i came across a guy playing a troll dk. a troll dk with the soul of a blood elven paladin who had been incinerated by ragnaros the firelord in molten core. the scourge got hold of his soul because reasons and, lacking a body to put him in, just stuck him in a dead troll they had laying around.

and then there are people who go the opposite way, like wanting to know the lore behind draenei having dark purple skin as an option. both are ridiculous.

I blame it on Blizz for using the dark skintone on the draenei DKs in the starter zone, or the Twilight's Hammer draenei, or the Wyrmcult ones.

It convinced the nitwits that dark-skinned spacegoats are supposed to be evil.
