Awash would be my recommendation! We're small in size, pace depends on you and CR, but overall it tends to be slow-medium paced.

We're neither a horror nor a sex game, though sometimes scary and unsettling things happen in events.

Most of the characters in it are fandom characters, but OCs are there too and certainly welcome! A new TDM just got posted too.

Awash isn't a horror game but I think you're downplaying the spooky events. They're a pretty common feature and they can get intense.

It's like how fairy tales aren't horror stories but can still be pretty fucked.

I don't have anything against spooky stuff and the like. I'm more just not here for the gore and constant psychological torture type stuff.

So a better example might be that I'm good with thriller type movies, but I don't like gore horror? (Funny horror is another thing all together ie the grudge and things like that. Those are okay.)
