if i'm playing an antisocial asshole who hates men, i'm not going to oocly throw her in a dating pool unless i icly intend to make her life a hell. nominating someone oocly for an ic position implies that the player actually wants to play it and it wasn't done for the lulz, in which case, some of those nominations were ooc, and more ooc for the 'natives' to nominate both non-native people and antisocial dickbags like frank.

how did they get nominated, anon? did they put their name in oocly on a sign up? did the npcs just randomly pick people who didn't opt out? did the players make an effort to make their char noticeable?

if so, and if it's with a character that doesn't fit, icly accepting it or not, it's ooc to put them up, because they might win and that'd be the ooc part. dumbass. you don't nominate yourself for something if you don't intend to follow through. or has trump taught you nothing.
