anons, recommend me some canons about DRAGONS. even if they aren't the main characters, they have to be a great part of it, be good or bad side, just no an appearance as x area boss (like let's say, harry potter)

any media works for me, for vidya i have steam and 3DS (if old stuff can be emulated then cool). i only ask that it isn't super long (if a fantasy series for example, not more than three-five books) and finished (or almost finishing, like, only one season or one book left).

i've already watched and read everything httyd related. and already read all of: eragon, seraphina and dragonworld

Naomi Novik's Temeraire series? It's nine books, but I don't remember them being super dense/hard to get through.

robin hobb's realm of the elderlings trilogies and 1 quartet feature dragons as a pretty big part of the lore. the rain wild chronicles, the quartet, is about a group of characters who all wind up caring for a young dragon to varying degrees of success, and the dragons are actual characters & not just pets. the trilogies are more sparse with actual dragon content buuut the liveships trilogy probably has the most actual main character dragon stuff... in a way that spoils a ton of stuff if it's explained up front.

so probably stick with rain wilds first if you're interested!

I remember Blazing Dragons being a lot of fun. It was an old school click and point game released on both Playstation and SegaSaturn. I'm sure there's an emulated version around somewhere.

A cartoon was also made, but you didn't need to watch it in order to enjoy the game.
