Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do you live in a house or an apartment? Is there a crawlspace underneath the building? We had an ants nest pop up down there that caused an infestation of winged drones to flood the house for over a month every summer. It finally took a few strong rounds of bug-bombing under the house to kill them for good.

it's a house, but the ants are in the basement (which is that kind of half-basement where it's built into the side of a hill). there's no real space for them to be hiding, we can't really bug bomb the dirt, you know?

but i figured out that they're being attracted largely to dirty clothes (i have too many clothes) so. that's horrifying. it suggests they want protein so i put out peanut butter mixed with boric acid and we'll see where that goes.
