Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. I've never had problems with this person I play with in a game, but I apped a character recently who's not the most sociable. This character ended up having negative CR with the other person's character and now they seem to make dumb plurks to have people dogpile on my unsociable character.

I was kinda stupidly excited about the cr, because I've never gotten to play out negative cr before, and this person has been wanting some for the longest time, but it kinda seems like they just want negative cr to make their character look like an angel now or something.

so? they've got you to the point where you're literally about to drop over it. TALK to them. pp, pm whatever. fuck their friends and get into some basic communication. I will give you $100 if this person had ANY idea how they were making you feel.

op, you didn't say that you were "literally about to drop over it", so idk if you'd feel more comfortable just letting the cr wither. but the other player doesn't sound like they're going to change unless you talk to them.

if you do bring it up, keep the conversation on the repercussions to your playing. not "i'm not comfortable with the way you're presenting your character as a persecuted angel" but "hey, the way you plurk our threads is getting my character a lot of negative attention. i'm okay with some fallout, but i didn't sign up for this amount." make sure they know that you're trying to salvage your playing experience and not to change their portrayal.
