i joined literally around the time seth officially dropped from the game. i don't know if he caused the favoritism, but knowing what i know of him that's pretty likely. in any case, i haven't witnessed any signs of favoritism from the mods. anytime there's something plot-related, they RNG it often. i honestly have only had a good time here, and i'm sorry you did not have a good one.

at least discord seems like it'll be around to stay. even though i don't really use messengers, it is a nice interface and barely uses any memory while running. it's very convenient.

that said, i only talk to like two people regularly outside of plurk and i generally just text them or something instead.

is plurk being weird for anyone else? showing unread plurks when there's nothing new in it, doing that annoying thing where you click a plurk and it doesn't automatically put you in the text box, "unread plurk" messages with no actual message count etc

I mean I understand because god knows the Drakengard games need all the help they can get, but as someone who wasn't super into them that's kind of disappointing. Still gonna hold out hope for Nier someday though.

What canon point are you planning on taking him from? That'll be good to know since Fushimi develops as canon progresses.

Have you read the K materials with him in it? LSW gives huge insights into why he is the way he is. Side Red and the latter parts of Side Blue, Memory of Red, Days of Blue (and if you're doing S2/RoK canon, parts of Dream of Green) will help. If you can get your hands on some of the drama CDs, that may be useful too.

I haven't fully settled on a canon point yet. Likely either post-MK or post-RoK. Obviously, there's a pretty large chunk of development between the two so I'm still considering the options.

I've read basically all the translated novels/short stories. Still working my way through the drama CDs.

Actually, no. It's quite obvious since you lack interest in them that anything showing them annoys the fuck out of you so that's a huge exaggeration. Get plurk savior and have it mute murdergame, end of story.

the easy distinction is that effect is a noun and affect is a verb

(it's more complicated than that but it'll get you through most situations)

More short term games, but I want to see stuff besides murdergames. Love murdergames immensely, but I think many more ideas could thrive on that sort of format easily that have failed in the standard game format. Last RP anons post had some great ideas that I'd so love to play in.
