Sometimes I'll feel kinda randy and want to do it but in the end the reason I enjoyed the sex I had was because my partner and I were really into each other and the idea that someone I liked wanted me that way too enhanced the experience. there's someone in my game who loves to show how much they can write and consistently gives tags so long you have to scroll to read them, but they tag so glacially slow and it'll take them over a week just to put up a simple starter for a one on one log.

on the flipside, there's someone else who tags back pretty much right away, but clearly isn't paying much attention to their threads, because they'll repeat tags or have their character get stuck in a conversation loop sometimes.

both are obnoxious in their own ways when you get to the extremes, but i like actually being able to rp, so i'd go with the fast tagger either way.

the best way to git gud at writing smut and feeling better about it is to honestly read how other people in dwrp write it. i was shit at writing smut, and then i joined a smut game and got to see a wide variety of writers. i still don't think i'm the best or anything, but i write what i enjoy and others seem to like threading with me, so its all worked out.

I'm not trained in reading the analytical data or research papers, but my best friend is a bio major and was trained for two years how to read that stuff. My favorite part of the week is when he tells me about some of the most recent scientific discoveries and explains what the field is theorizing that it means for the field as a whole.
