life is literally nothing but taking chances on things that might not work out.

for real tho, if you feel like you're in a good place and like you're ready for a relationship, try it. breaking up is a thing that happens, everybody goes through it, so don't be scared of it. if you try it and you end up not feeling it, then you're just not feeling it. cut them loose and either try again. or don't, if you don't feel like you want a relationship after all. you're not wasting your own time if you're finding out what's right for you.

it's always all about the writing and having an actual personality behind the surface traits.

taking your example, you can have take two "Latina with who has a slight accent, has a big family, lives in California/Texas/Florida (states with large Latino populations), watches telenovelas, likes spicy food, likes Ricky Martin, is catholic, etc etc." characters, write them out, and have them be WILDLY DIFFERENT. one of them loves her family, and wants to have a big family of her own, one of them feels like family is a chain and a shackle and she wants to break free. one of them is a blunt spoken, stand up for yourself at all costs type of person, the other is more cautious, more reserved, and less likely to speak up for herself. they can have very different hopes and dreams, different past experiences that lead up to who they are now. the problem is when someone uses stereotypes as a crutch to base the character off of, instead of filling out all the enormous gaps the stereotype leaves

And then there's the Underground. The real Underground, a secret world of supernatural forces and strange creatures that walk the city streets hidden in plain sight. Witches, vampires, werewolves. About the Game
The Underground is an alternate universe (AU) game set in a supernatural version of modern-day London. The game is a mix of urban fantasy and supernatural drama, with slice-of-life elements and political intrigue.

Player characters will join various supernatural factions vying for territory within the city. Choose your allies, build up your empires and make your move. The actions of player characters will determine who comes out on top in the fight for power.

Chances are there would be poser accusations about Max for having punk rocker hair and not living the punk rocker life. Definitely vague posts about how someone's hip hairs were just extensions. Late night 'I don't care if she's horny, she doesn't have to squeak about it'. Someone would get complained about a lot for trying to hump the wrong end of a girl. Hoarding accusations thrown around a lot even though everyone would actually have that problem. Everyone would agree however that Albert was dapper and there was no way around it.

The premise really intrigues me but I am a bit wary of certain aspects of your FAQ:

IC Consequences: OOCly what this means is that the modteam will discuss with you what your options are. To follow the examples above, a character tried for murder will be kept in jail, but they will be able to have visitors and continued access to the in-game network and IC inboxes so the player can pass AC and earn regains.

Doesn't that basically tell people not to play villains? Losing all access to non-prison logs it can be rather discouraging.

Post Death-> Upon waking, your character will also lose all of their regains including both items and memories and instead will be filled with a sense that they're missing something

Every past-AC comment is half a point. some of the items are cheap to redeem but you have 100+/350-400 points tier reddemed stuff. Let's do some basic math, a 400 points item is 800 extra-ac comments, if I had it I'd be extremely upset if someone decided to kill my character and I had to lose all of this. Isn't it a bit too extreme as punishment? Because you lose all memories, all items, everything, you die once and restart from zero...

PRE-GAME
• All horses are now Chocobos, in both popular media and actuality. Before game start, characters will have found this perfectly normal. At game start, they will realize that they do in fact remember horses being a thing.

If my characters is from a Final Fantasy game how will they notice the difference? Shouldn't you at least add a non-FF world themed thing too?

I like the premise, beside that, and I am considering to apply in the game despite everything but I see how this could be a problem.

Interested in doing something where a single father and his teenage son/daughter end up sharing a bed for some reason or another. One of them ends up getting touchy-feely with the other, and they end up doing all kinds of things to one another before they finally have sex.

It could be a one off thing, but I would prefer a long term thing where they end up hooking up regularly and getting more and more involved with each other.

Obvious kinks to include would be incest. But would love some age/experience difference. Other things to possibly include: oral, vaginal/anal, fingering, unprotected sex/risk of pregnancy, risk of getting caught, somnophilia, dirty talk. Open to plenty of others as well.

I miss the RP scene that was around in like...2008-2012. There were so many games and so much variety and we were just so active in general. Now all of my fandoms are basically dead here and it's just...slower and less exciting in general.

I tried Tumblr RP and I wish I liked it more because the activity levels and variety of characters reminds me of old-school LJRP, but I hate the interface and there's no real sense of community there (probably because Tumblr doesn't really do 'communities'). I keep hoping that fandom will move to something more text-based/community friendly next, but it looks like image-based/faster-paced/social media-esque fandom with a focus on curating individual friend lists rather than joining communities is the way of the future ):

An alien is sent to Earth to study humans and learn as much about them as possible. Said alien is disguised as a human. During this time, the alien befriends a human and eventually shares the truth about themselves with their human friend. Human friend accepts this, and they continue being friends.

Eventually the topic of sex comes up and the alien asks the human friend for some 'hands-on experience.' Possible kinks could include transformation and weird alien genitalia, but that's optional.

I'd prefer to play the alien (I already have a guy in mind for it), and I'd prefer M/M for this too. This would be a longer roleplay too, as I would like to play out the alien and the human becoming friends and learning all sorts of cool stuff about Earth and humans before getting to the sex part. Leave a sock here if you're interested.
