if it's steve, i play him too, and he's one of mine i have down as cut. i did the math and a small bit of research and when he was born, there was a goodly amount of american boys being circumcised at birth, and since his mom was a nurse, it makes sense that she would have gone along with it.

if it's bucky, maybe the same reasoning, minus the nurse part (but i don't know what bucky's mom did)

if it's sam, most black males of the modern era that i've seen in person or online seem to be cut, so it's a likely chance.

tony? circumcision was much more common when he was born, so it's more likely than not.

then i'd say it's a pretty high chance he'd be circumcised. his parents were wealthy and he was born in a time period in america where it was incredibly popular.

Yep, I'd figured that as well so that's why he's the only one who is cut on my list. No-one else currently fits the bill and he's the only contemporary American I've played in years.

really? all the steves i know claim they did research and therefore have him uncut.

(as steve was between 1900 and 1925 and his mother was part of the medical industry, i sided with it being more likely he would have than wouldn't have. which isn't to say that either option is wrong. this is one of those preference/headcanon things)
