rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

doing an entire log in aim chats

like rping the whole scene out, then copy-pasting it into the logs comm as finished. I know no one has time for that shit anymore but hey, at least logs got done.

This! I was away from rp-land for many years, and that's the biggest change that I've noticed. You could make a comment-based log back then, but they rarely - if ever - got finished. AIM was a way to go. It also allowed players to edit the logs into something readable before posting them.
