rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

the problem is reddit makes every part of reddit pertain to politics or religion

spend 5 minutes on any video game subreddit and see how long it takes someone to talk about how women control the media

someone hasn't been on a videogame subreddit since those assholes tend to be ignored

like, there's a number of subs i visit -- health-related, skincare/make up-related, it literally never comes up

actually the video game subs i go to don't tend to have it crop up either because people are too busy talking about character combos/strategy, the closest i've encountered was a bit of whining a few years back for my favorite yt group's sub when a handful of neckbeards were whining about the team adding a girl to their roster. they were shut down fast and hard by both the creators and the community, it was great.

video game subreddits have actually done a great job trying to purge gators and the like, or at least purge their rhetoric, from discussion since the majority of users are absolutely sick of it by now.
