No, that's advising that they provide services that people may find useful and are not always available. It says nothing about the quality of the product, what sort of customer service you'll get, etc.

A store could provide employees that speak Spanish, for example, and be shitty in every other way. Having Spanish speaking employees says nothing for the level of customer service, the ability to keep the premises clean, the store stocked, etc. The only thing it says is they have employees who can answer questions in Spanish.

If all I spoke was Spanish I'd still be better off patronizing a business where I could be understood than one where no one speaks my language or likely gives a shit about what I want or need.

if all you spoke is spanish the chances are you are already living in an area that is bilingual in general. the speaks spanish sign would be more for people out of the area then it would be for saying we can help you.

see the muslim food company owned by muslim is a different beast then spanish speaking which is a different beast then queer friendly. they aren't equal because that last one is usually pandering/taking advantage of cis/straight fear to make extra bucks.
