rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Reward yourself at the end of each practice exam. Maybe it's doing a handful of tags, or watching a music video, or eating a piece of chocolate, or if you have time watching an episode of a sitcom.
Take care of your health even if it means taking time off from studying. For me, that was taking time to cook healthy meals and diet when my weight starting climbing back up. For you, it might be booking that appointment. If there's something you can do for half an hour (stretching? self-massage? yoga? warm bath?) that helps for the chronic pain, do it even if it interrupts your studying.
Personally, I'd switch from watching TV to listening to music during the practice tests, and using the TV as a reward - TV distracts me from absorbing information, so I have difficulty retaining tests I take when I watch a storyline, and the sense of getting something good as my reward for completing a task made taking on the next task less daunting. But that's entirely up to you.
Remember that it will be over soon. Plan what you're going to do when it's done. Check dates off on a calendar. I got an advent calendar and ate a chocolate every morning I was closer to the exam.
