my name is sib, and i play auger and zara (sewayaku) from black wolves saga, as well as march hare (harrible) from alice=alice, maou (overkilled) from dot kareshi, and ruby (ukeke) from jooubachi no oubou. i like otome games and i'm hypothetically working on a translation of black wolves saga, if it ever gets moving again. (i might just publish a script at this rate.)

I think the last thing I finished was Gahkthun in December, because the semester started back up after and I just haven't had time to do pleasure reading.

Fata Morgana is coming out a little after my semester ends so I've got my sights there next, and I'm thinking about making the jump into raw games this summer.

Starlight Vega. The art takes a bit getting used to, but it's an overall cute VN. Nothing super dramatic or even all that deep, but it's a fun story! Some of the endings are really subpar. The harem in particular feels just haphazardly thrown in, which it kind of was as it was a Kickstarter stretch goal, but it still could have been drawn better. The reuse of backgrounds for completely different locations threw me off a few times but overall the art was fine. Some of the CGs are really really cute too.

The characters were all pretty much what you see, never changing too much. The flirty demon, the quiet best friend, the intense queen, but they mostly got their chance to shine in their routes!

It was fun, but nothing crazy good, so I doubt I'd rp from it sadly, but would still recommend if someone needs something to read after Kindred Spirits.

i dislike the ntr mechanic of ozmafia. i'm not going into details but i started hating fuka even more in every ntr route. when the protag becomes unlikable for me even in just one route, i dislike her all throughout the game already.

I heard of a recent doujin vn called Dei Gratia no Rashinban which seems to have a similiar premise to Ever17. I wouldn't mind seeing it translated.

Sice it's announcement season and all, what do you think will be announced? And which fan translations do you think will be snatched up?

For the fan translation side, I wouldn't be surprised if Koi ga Saku Koro Sakura Doki got picked up by Sekai Project or maybe Mangagamer.

Definitely betting on someone announcing a ChuableSoft game. The president expressed interest last year about getting their games localized.

And I remember hearing gossip about him being one of Mangagamer's guests at AX. Will have to wait and see.

I know Fairytale Requiem is pretty hard to translate (Thanks, Mareni) and I heard the H-CGs (Which do have visible genitalia) are apparently integrated into the story in a way that makes it hard to put on Steam, but I want to believe

Other than that, I wouldn't be surprised if Mangagamer announced more SonoHana as part of their nukige line-up.

Since Frontwing is super interested in the western market, I hope they'll announce ISLAND is being translated and coming to Steam.

Also really hoping MG picks up Sona-Nyl.
