I mostly remembered memebells because the username is really cute.

And I have admittedly felt a degree of that, I had to leave for a few months because IRL and now that I'm back, it's like "...I have very little desire to get invested in this like I used to." Although that might also have something to do with the fact that I've found other, less commitment-heavy ways to RP in the meantime.

Guess it depends on what happens after finals season is over and we're into summer proper.

i don't want you to out yourself or anything, but could you elaborate a little on the less committment-heavy rp ways you've found? because honestly i spend more time here than i do actually rping these days and i'd like that to change. i check memes and drs every now and again but i don't think i've done half a dozen threads all year and the last time i can remember really being excited about a thread was maybe circa 2014. this hobby's a very different animal today from what it was then and like you i just haven't found anything worth getting invested in

maybe you're right and things will pick up once summer is upon us. i certainly hope so.
