What things in fiction have you where the writer intended for something in their work to be read as one thing but when you think about it, comes off as horrifying/hilarious/basically anything but what the writer intended?

For example, the writer intended for this ending to come off as heartwarming but comes off as horrifying instead. Or, say, they intended for this one scene to be horrifying but the way it's set up makes it hilarious instead.

i read in the visual novel canon thread about one game that had a scene where a girl gets pregnant and it's apparently intended to be heartwarming but the thing is

she's a dead teenager and they're in the afterlife, so since babies can't be born there she's stuck pregnant until she reincarnates

I wondered if anyone could lend me a hand. I followed the tutorial linked under 'resources' and I seem to have a weird problem that I can't figure out.

The character name tags are great, but for the game name tags it doesn't work right. Only about 20-30% of notifications have the game name label, but the rest don't. I have literally no idea what I can have done wrong, could someone help, please?
