2) throat scar (inflicted during plot by other RPer who didn't know about char #1), small scars on back and one big scar from above waist to buttock
3) just a shit ton of tattoos

a scar on his middle (fandom calls it right, rewatching the scene denotes left but right would be better, considering that's where he was stabbed in his past life)

and that's probably about it aside from some minor things from monsters encounters. nothing major and they're tiny things.
